Tomáš Kubín Appointed Managing Director of Logport

The year 2026 brings new energy to Logport and marks an important step forward – Tomáš Kubín joins our team as Managing Director.

Tomáš brings nearly 20 years of experience in the construction and development of logistics real estate. He spent the majority of his career at P3 Logistic Parks, where he progressed from Project Manager to Head of Construction for Western, Central and Eastern Europe.

Throughout his career, he has led industrial projects across the entire construction lifecycle – from early-stage planning and permitting processes, through execution, to final handover. He has consistently focused on quality delivery, efficient cost management, and sustainability, which he considers essential prerequisites for successful and long-term viable projects. Under his leadership, numerous highly specialized logistics parks were developed across the CEE and WE regions, designed to meet both current and future tenant needs.

Professionally, Tomáš Kubín focuses on strategic project management, long-term planning, and the implementation of modern technologies that enhance the value and long-term resilience of logistics real estate. “I look forward to working with the Logport team to further develop our projects and deliver value to our customers and the wider region,” says Tomáš Kubín.
