He spent the majority of his career at <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\"><strong>P3 Logistic Parks<\/strong><\/span><\/span>, where he progressed from Project Manager to <strong>Head of Construction for Western, Central and Eastern Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"1015\">Throughout his career, he has led industrial projects across the entire construction lifecycle &#8211; from early-stage planning and permitting processes, through execution, to final handover. He has consistently focused on quality delivery, efficient cost management, and sustainability, which he considers essential prerequisites for successful and long-term viable projects.
