Logport in the brownfield Poldi Kladno

Logport is the first real estate developer to enter the Poldi Kladno brownfield by acquiring a 14 000 m2 plot of land.

It is a strategic location with huge potential for the development of industrial construction in the vicinity of Prague and the whole Central Bohemian Region. A modern Logport production and storage hall will be built here. Elements of the Ecosystem Logport will be applied in the area, which includes solar panels on the roof, green facades or work with rainwater.

The start of construction is planned for 7/2022 with the completion and start of operation in 2/2023.
