Acquisition of land in Jinočany

We have completed the acquisition of 150,000 m² of land in Jinočany. With a direct connection to the Prague ring road and close to the Stodůlky and Zličín metro stations, this is a unique location for the commercial zone. It will be divided into three parts: retail, smaller business units and showrooms, areas for storage and production. The beginning of construction is planned for the middle of 2022 and we are preparing 55,000 m² for tenants with the beginning of construction in the middle of 2022.

The whole project was created in close cooperation with the village of Jinočany, so that we could improve this place for life as much as possible. For the operation of our commercial zone, we will use rainwater and we will improve the quality of the solar panels on the roof and cool the air with green facades. For the best possible access to the park, we plan to build three separate cycle paths and connect the village of Jinočany with Prague. Of course, the sustainability certification of buildings in the BREEAM – Excellent level.
