Logport Kladno Poldi: Investment Successfully Closed

The successful completion of the investment in the Logport Kladno Poldi project marks an important milestone not only for Logport, but also for the community of private investors who, thanks to this transaction, gained access to the logistics real estate segment — an area that has long been dominated by large institutional players.

In cooperation with the Crowdberry platform, 178 individual investors joined the project, contributing a total of EUR 3.8 million. Their support enabled the completion of financing for a modern, fully leased logistics hall in a strategic location near the D6/D7 motorway junction, backed by a long-term inflation-protected lease and an expected annual return exceeding 12% p.a.

This transaction reinforces our shared ambition with Crowdberry to make first-class commercial real estate accessible to a broader public — transparently, directly, and without complex fund structures.
